How Much Water We Should Drink According To Our Weight

The cells in the human body are made of 70-75% water, the percentage varies depending on gender, age, kilograms. For example, women have less water than men. With age, the amount of water in the human body decreases. Thick people have less fluids in their bodies than the weaker ones.

Water improves digestion, the work of the heart and the entire vascular system; reduces the risk of getting cancer; cleanses the body of toxins; heals the headache; helps us to lose weight; makes our skin healthier and younger; gives us energy.

Here’s how much water you should take per day for your weight. The first column shows the kilograms and in the second column the amount of water. For your convenience, the amount of water is also measured in 0.250 liter PER glass.

9 kg – 0.25 liter, or 1 cup

18 kg – 0.50 liters, or 2 cups

27 kg – 0.75 liters, or 3 cups

36 kg – 1.00 liters, or 4 cups

45 kg – 1.25 liters, or 5 cups

54 kg – 1.50 liters or 6 cups

63 kg – 1.75 liters, or 7 cups

72 kg – 2,00 liters, or 8 cups

81 kg – 2.25 liters, or 9 cups

90 kg – 2.50 liters, or 10 cups

99 kg – 2.75 liters, or 11 glasses

108 kg – 3.00 liters, or 12 cups

117 kg – 3.25 liters, or 13 glasses

126 kg – 3.50 liters, or 14 cups

135 kg – 3.75 liters, or 15 cups

144 kg – 4.00 liters, or 16 cups
